Transfer foil HCS125/1-CRH

Release reflective film  transparent, with  dimensions 50X70cm 

Printing and transfer conditions:

- screen printing mirror like, on the mat side of the film:

  1) the first layer is printed with plastisol or water base ink (polyurethane)

  2) the second layer is printed with adhesive ( powder or screen printed) with a mesh  32-43threads/cm;

Transfer temperature:- 160°C

Transfer pressure- - medium

Transfer time 15sec.

Substrate - cotton, cotton +polyester or  polyester on elastic materials

-Washing resistance 20 cycles at 40˚C

-Reflective effect higher than HCS100/1-CR
