Transfer foil HCS100/1-SR

The HCS100/1-SR release film is treated with a silver reflective release coating. All you need to do to make a high silver reflective transfer for fashion or work-wear applications is simply applying an silkscreen adhesive.

1st   layer: print a transparent or colour which is also being used for regular silk printing onto Glass and PVC.

2nd   layer:  adhesive  with  a  strong  ad onto fabric.

Use silkscreen mesh of 90~110 T/inch when applying ink  and adhesive.

 Cold-peel

 Cotton – Cotton/Polyester blend - Polyester

 140-160°C, 10-12 seconds

 Transfer time  - 8-10sec.
