MESH STRETCHING and STENCILS MANUFACTURING

The stretching of the mesh on the frame is executed with a pneumatic system with individual clamps, SEFAR 2, SEFAR 3 and 3A and the measuring of the tension with devices different models (Tensocheck, Tektomat sau Newtontester). The maximum dimension of the frame for stretching is 2200 x 4000 mm. For the different formats of the customers, assemblies of clamps are possible.

The automatic system for mesh coating MODEL GRUNIG, used in the department for stencil manufacturing,  offers a consistent reproducibility of the coating sequence for several coatings as well as for  retouching with a tolerance of+/- 1 micron. The maximum dimension of the frame for stencils production is 1250 x 1500 mm.

The maximum dimension of the frame for exposure is 1300 x 2100 mm. For larger frames, the exposure is possble depending on the level of the details.

For exposure, a halogen lamp of 5kW is available.

The stencil is checked visually and though a magnifying glass of  30 X and the thicKness of the emulsion is measured  with an ELCOMETER. 

To reproduce the exposure in optimum conditions, the humidity of the emulsion is measured with a dedicated instrument.
