PAD PRINTING CLICHES MANUFACTURING

The types of clichees we can manufacture in our shop are:

- alcohol clichees

- water clichees

- steel clichees  0,5 mm

Steel clichees can be used on all kind of pad printing machines, with open or closed cup. 

The clichees production has the following steps:

CUTTING AT FORMAT (GUILLOTINE)

EXPOSURE ( COMBI  ALL IN ONE EQUIPMENT)

DEVELOPING (COMBI ALL IN ONE EQUIPMENT)

DRYING AND POST EXPOSURE (COMBI ALL IN ONE EQUIPMENT)

MEASURING THE ENGRAVING

The quality of the printing depends on the depth of the engraving. For this purpose we are using a high performance instrument. To check the engraving depth the laser KEYENCE instrument makes non-contact measurements on any material and surface (flat, curve or uneven)
