TECHNICAL SUPPORT and EQUIPMENT SERVICE

Electronic Design & Consulting Group SRL gives technical assistance for the screen printing frames manufacturing, the screen printing process and the pad printing process.

Also, we assist customers for the installation and the commissioning of the equipment we supply, but depending on the documentation the customers can supply, we also are able to solve problems for other equipment, new or used.

The necessary documentation we need for insuring the service is an operation manual, electrical and pneumatical outlines.

Service costs calculation:

a) The cost service during the after warranty period of the sold equipment is represented by the costs for the technician travelling to the location of the customer + the cost for establishing the damages/defects + the cost of the repair.

b) In case of the service for equipment NOT supplied by EDCG, is applied the same calculation as above.

In the event that the problem has not been solved due to lack of or incomplete documentation, spare parts impossible to find or to high costs compared with the value of the equipment, the customer will cover only the costs of the business travel for the technician and the inspection report.
