UV scratch-off ink HGM4451 is designed for screen-printing printed messages on instant lottery tickets (scrapbooks). The substrate must be varnished or laminated with a film that accepts screen-printing. The main feature is the easy and clean removal of the ink layer, with a fingernail or a coin.
