Screen printing equipment manufactured of painted steel and some parts of stainless steel.
The overall dimensions are 92x45x47 cm.
The accepted thickness of the frame is 4 cm.
Depending on the height of the material to be printed, the fixing of the frame can slide over approx. 25mm.
The equipment has 3 plates with 3 dimensions as follows:60x45cm, 44x32cm, 30x24cm.
Interchanging of the 3 plates is easy to make and can be done through 2 screws.
In order to higher or lower the angle of the lifting for the frame, the counterweight position should be adjusted.
The machine is versatile and offers plenty of possibilities for applications and the necessary precision, even in case of raster images or multi color prints. This precisions adjustments allow the movements up and down, left to right, back to front. The blocking of the adjustments already done offers stability during the printing process.
