The ultrasonic cleaning station US-500 is a compact workstation, designed for companies that have to clean only a few parts per day and are looking for an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution.
Depending on the curing degree of the paint, a cleaning cycle lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.
In addition to ultrasonic cleaning, you can clean the parts manually with the integrated flow-through brush as well.
The non-volatile cleaning agent, specially developed by NANOVIS, clumps the detached paint particles together to form larger paint agglomerations that settle on the floor. The ultrasonic basin is then emptied sporadically and to remove the paint sludge. Depending on the amount of ink and use, our cleaning agent has a service life of several months.
