The cleaning is fully automatic via a highly efficient spray system. For this purpose, a non-volatile cleaning agent with excellent cleaning power was developed by NANOVIS especially for the removal of UV and solvent based printing inks. Parallel to cleaning process the cleaning agent is released continuously from the ink residues in the recycling system and therefore never loses its cleaning power. The ink residues are removed from the system from time to time as a dry ink cake. Depending on the degree of soiling, cleaning takes between 10 and 30 minutes.
