Rethink Black® is a ready for use black ink coming from the disposal of organic wastes !
For printing it is recommended to use from 48T to 120T mesh.
For cotton100%, the ink is activated with UNIFIX LC 5%. The tests for withstanding washing can be performed after 48- 72 h.
For Nylon substrate, recycled sintetic materials, leather, synthetic leather, PET, velvet, cardboard, footwear, etc., the ink should be activated with V-CAT 1.5%. The tests for withstanding washing can be performed after 48- 72 h
Using the catalyst for drying at lower temperature HI ACTIVATOR at 2%, drying and fixing do not need warming, it is possible at room temperature.
- The ink is OEKO-TEX 100 class 1, Formaldehyde and phthalates free.
