Glitter is nothing new in the industry, but choosing the right binder, capable of holding multiple glitter particles without the annoying "dandruff" effect of shiny fragments scattered all over the garment, is still challenging. A binder that provides high-performance grip but is lightweight and flimsy to the touch, is needed.
