GEO NYLON Clear / White Screen printing ink

Ink for nylon and other synthetic materials, sensitive to high temperature.

The recommended mesh is from 48T to 77T; the temperature for dying and fixing is about 150°C.

For materials which do not tolerate high temperatures, HI-ACTIVATOR 1-3% can be added, for drying is at 90ºC or at room temperature. 

To lower the drying temperature at 120ºC, the UNIFIX LC 3% should be added.At room temperature, the process is complete after 48h.

Adding HI-ACTIVATOR 1-3% the print is more resistant and last longer.

Rasters as well as full color can be succesfully printed.To obtain different shades, the base can mixed with 6% pigment from the range VIRUS AQUATINT.
